I see a train,
Rushing though the rain.
Drops hit the window,
Soft pats with each blow.
I see a face, peering through,
A reflection in the blue,
The blue window hue,
And a town they only knew.
Tears held back,
With thoughts gone black,
Was there no going back?
I see eyes, a dying light,
Glistening, as they gave up the fight.
A town, still in sight,
Sleepy and sad, without the light.
I see a train,
Rushing through the rain.
Drops hit the window,
Will they, ever know..?
Rushing though the rain.
Drops hit the window,
Soft pats with each blow.
I see a face, peering through,
A reflection in the blue,
The blue window hue,
And a town they only knew.
Tears held back,
With thoughts gone black,
Was there no going back?
I see eyes, a dying light,
Glistening, as they gave up the fight.
A town, still in sight,
Sleepy and sad, without the light.
I see a train,
Rushing through the rain.
Drops hit the window,
Will they, ever know..?

Just wrote this while procrastinating not studying/preparing for the upcoming hell of finals week here at school X(
Anyways, this was inspired by the song, "Miss You," by Trentemoller. Take from it what you will, I have no real intentions with it besides just writing what came to me while I listened to this moving piece. ( Listen to the song and read this..it might change how you perceive the story.. Intrigued yet..? or maybe it won't, you be the judge! )
This has been the first post in a loooooooonnnnggg time and I apologize for that! It has been pretty hectic, adjusting to new things in my life from school to location to people, etc. There are a lot of projects I have been working on, so hopefully I will be able to upload them and fill you in on my whole MIA phase these past... err, however long it's been haha
Enjoy! Cheers and happy holidays as we get closer to the madness and excitement of the end of the year! off to stuDYING now
